What was the best memory from this quarter?
The best memory of this quarter was being able to take some time to go boating up into Desolation Sound and running into some of our HYG clients out using their boats.
How and when did you become interested in boating?
I first got the boating itch when I was 13 years old, my great uncle took me to Alaska in his boat. His wife owned a music store in Nanaimo, she put an organ on the boat to keep me entertained - I loved every minute of that trip.
What is your favorite thing about working for HYG’s Seattle office?
My favorite thing about working for HYG is the camaraderie, I have spent a large part of my life working by myself on yachts and realize now how nice it is to work around such fun people; I look forward to seeing the HYG staff everyday.
