Seller is a two boat owner and motivated to sell.
"Top Gun" was acquired in 2013 by a very knowledgeable boater and went through a thorough refit in 2014-2017 that continues today. She is in very good condition and ready for her new owner as current owner has decided to move up to a larger vessel. She is hull #100 of 170 built. Some of her upgrades include: (NEW) -Bow Thruster, Sat TV, all new stainless appliances including dishwasher, Magnum inverter, solar panels, LED lighting, blinds, canvas, electronics, davit motor, A/V system w/ new Smart TV's, heads, faucets, Corian countertops, upholstery, carpet and much more. Her engines and engine room have been painted and have only 1200 and 700 hours on 735 hp Detroit 8V92TI's SMOH. Her exterior paint has gone through a complete compounding, polishing and waxing and she shines. Waxed twice yearly. New SeaHawk co-polymer ablative bottom paint 2021.
Cockpit: Enter through the transom door on a teak swimstep w/ LED lighting and retracting swim ladder to a teak cockpit w/ Corian oval table . To starboard is a control station w/ wheel, engine controls and bow thruster control with storage drawers below. Power cord below. Forward is a JennAir electric BBQ (needs new element), entrance to the engine room, sink and storage. There are (5) rod holders including one set up for an umbrella. Above is a new brow canvas w/ skylights, ladder insert, and a winter slant back w/ zippered door. There are fresh and saltwater (in op) washdowns, port and starboard. cockpit speakers, and LED lighting. Large 'fish box' across the back for storage and a centerline hatch below the ladder for access to storage, rudders, and mechanicals- A/C compressors, pumps etc. Cockpit speakers.
Salon: Entering through a sliding teak door w/ summer bug screen is the electrical panel to starboard and a lighted rod storage forward and recliner chair (2024). To port is an "L" shaped sofa w/ storage below (recovered 2024) and new foam in the recovered cushions. New LED lights and 'top down-bottom up' BALI pleated shades. Large windows give 270 degree views even while sitting. Clock and Barometer.
Galley & Dining: To starboard is a ULine icemaker and Corian covered bar w/ gold sink and automatic drink dispenser. Forward are leather covered dinette seats w/ varnished table for four. To port is an appliance garage, Corian counter space w/ Broan stainless trash compactor below, Maytag stainless side by side refrigerator/freezer w/ ice and water in the door. Forward is a GalleyMade three burner stove w/ oven, deep under counter mounted stainless sink w/ disposal, new pull out faucet, and stainless Kenmore dishwasher. Above is a Broan stainless range hood with fan, dish storage and microwave (2023). The floor is varnished teak and holly. Grohe soap dispenser. New LED lighting.
Audio Visual: To starboard and forward is a salon system anchored by a Sony receiver driving Bose primary speakers, Boston surround, and center speakers. There are three (3) subwoofers! New Samsung 43" smart TV and DVD player. KVH Sat TV receiver.
Crew Stateroom: Down (5) steps from the galley to starboard is the crew stateroom w/ upper and lower berths, lighted hanging locker, (4) drawers, and an ensuite head w/ stall shower. New sink faucet and LED lighting. Overhead screened hatch (2024). The Kenmore washing machine is under the steps and dryer is in the hallway.
Guest Stateroom: Across from the crew entrance is the guest stateroom w/ double berth, lighted cedar lined hanging locker, (5) drawers. An ensuite head has a large shower, new faucet and LED lighting. Overhead screened hatch and headliner (2024).
Master Stateroom: Forward and up one step is the master w/ walk around queen berth w/ (8) drawers below and custom bedspread. Storage port and starboard. Samsung 24" smart TV -2018 and DVD player. There are three large cedar lined and LED lighted hanging closets and a lockable safe. Forward is the head w/ stall shower in the bow, new head, faucet and LED lighting. Older AM-FM cassette w/ speakers. Three screened overhead hatches (2024).
